Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information obtained from users of the Vocablitz mobile application. By using this application, the user consents to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the application.
Information Collection
The Vocablitz app does not collect personal data such as full name, postal address, email address, or phone number. However, we may collect anonymous technical information related to app usage using tools like Firebase Analytics. This information may include device type, operating system, interface language, session duration, number and names of viewed screens, and general user location at the country level.
When using features based on artificial intelligence technologies, such as automatic translation of words and phrases or generation of example sentences, the app may temporarily send user-entered text for processing to external AI services. This data is used solely to perform requested functions, is not stored on servers, and is not used for subsequent AI model training.

To ensure stable app performance, improve functionality, and provide additional features to users, we use a number of third-party services, including:

Rewarded Ads
The Vocablitz app may offer users the opportunity to watch video ads in exchange for in-app bonuses such as additional features or materials. Watching ads is completely voluntary and not required to use the app’s main functions. We do not share any personal data with third-party ad networks.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose user information to any third parties except as required by law.
Data Storage and Protection
All data generated during app use is stored locally on the user’s device. We use modern data protection methods to prevent loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including built-in iOS and Android platform security features.
Children’s Policy
The app is available to users of all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, such data will be promptly deleted. Parents may contact us to request deletion of their child’s data.

General Provisions
This User Agreement defines the terms of use of the Vocablitz mobile application. By installing and using the app, the user automatically agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the app.
App Description
Vocablitz is an interactive educational app designed to help users learn foreign languages. The app provides tools for creating vocabulary cards, sorting them into folders, taking tests, and earning rewards for voluntary ad viewing. Users can also input their own words and phrases, receive translations, and example sentences automatically.
Intellectual Property
All app elements, including source code, interface, texts, graphics, databases, and other components, are the intellectual property of the developer. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
Usage Restrictions
Users are prohibited from:
1. Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to access the app’s source code.
2. Copying the app or parts thereof without written consent from the developer.
3. Using the app to distribute malicious, illegal, discriminatory, or other prohibited content.

Paid Services
At the time of publication, the app is free and contains no paid content. However, in the future, we may introduce additional features available by subscription or one-time purchase. All changes will be communicated to users in advance.

Liability
The app is provided «as is.» The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding app operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses, failures, errors, inaccurate translations, or other issues arising from app use.
Force Majeure
The developer is not liable for failure or improper fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet service outages, wars, epidemics, changes in legislation, and others.
Artificial Intelligence

However, results may contain errors, especially in informal or conversational speech. We recommend verifying all information before use.
Termination of Use
The user has the right to stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from their device. All local data will also be deleted after uninstalling.

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement. Updates take effect upon publication within the app. We recommend users periodically check for changes.
Data Storage
All user-created data is stored solely on the user’s device. We do not store data on remote servers. Upon app removal, all user information is automatically deleted.
